General conditions

The present general conditions are only applicable to sales of products offered in the headings of Razwar.com. These products are sold new. These general conditions are applicable, excluding all other conditions, in particular those applicable in shops.

Razwar.com is a service of the company Growth Bridge SA.

Article 1 – Prices

1.1. The prices of our products are indicated in Euro, including taxes, excluding the cost of treatment and forwarding fees (except where specified).
1.2. Razwar.com has the right to modify prices at any moment in time. However, products will be invoiced based on the tariffs in force at the moment of the order.
1.3. Products remain the property of Growth Bridge SA, up until the complete collection of the prices by Growth Bridge SA.
1.4. Products and services sold on Razwar.com are reserved for private persons.
1.5. Customers living abroad (outside of Europe) will not pay taxes but may have to pay customs charges corresponding to the rate of value added taxes applicable in the country of destination. Growth Bridge SA does not deliver products outside the European Union.

Article 2 – Order

Contractual information is available in French, Dutch and English. Growth Bridge SA has the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

Article 3 – Validation

You must declare having read and accepted the present general sales conditions before putting in an order. The validation of your order means you accept these general conditions. Except for evidence to the contrary, the data registered on Razwar.com are the proof of all transactions on Razwar.com and its customers.

Article 4 – Availability

Our product offering and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. Our products are offered as long as stock is available. For products that are not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid with the provision they are available from our suppliers.
This is why we provide indications on the availability of products when you make an order. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur. When a product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you by e-mail or post as soon as we have received the information from our suppliers. Your order will automatically be canceled and you will be reimbursed if your account has been debited.

Article 5 – Shipment / Delivery

5.1 – General

At first, the products bought on Razwar.com are only delivered in countries of the EU.
The time delays indicated when making an order are the usual average time delays. They correspond to the time needed to ship and dispatch the goods. Products are delivered at the address you indicate when ordering. If the address on your order is not correct, Growth Bridge SA is not responsible for not delivering your order.
When you order several products at once, and when these products have different time delays, the longest time delay is applicable.
Razwar.com has the right to fraction the shipments, in particular in the case of Raz*War subscriptions. The participation in the charges for preparing and shipping the order will be invoiced for just one shipment (except for subscriptions).
Razwar.com is not responsible for the consequences when there is a longer delay time.
When a delivery is late (maximum 30 days), and the product has been sent, you can cancel your order and request to be reimbursed for the product and the return charges.
In this case, when you have received the product after your cancellation, we will reimburse you when we have received the complete product in its original state.
We also invite you to regularly follow up your order and to contact our customer service via +32 496 177081 or via HYPERLINK “mailto:orders@razwar.com” orders@razwar.com if you have a question or when there is a problem.
All orders that have not been sent within 30 days following the order on Razwar.com will be cancelled unless indicated otherwise and announced in the sales offer.

5.2 – Delivery problems

You must inform Razwar.com of all reservations regarding the delivered product (e.g. damaged package, opened packages, missing pieces,…) within 3 days after reception. Depending on the cases defined in article 12, you may benefit from exchange or reimbursement conditions in this article.

5.3 – Delivery details

Orders are treated from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.
Products are sent by mail from Belgium.
In all cases the maximum delays vary between 2 days and 2 weeks after receiving the payment and depending on the city or country of destination.
Razwar.com and Growth Bridge SA are in no case responsible for consequences due to a backlog attributable to the Post or one of his suppliers.
A participation in the shipment costs (packaging and postage) may be added to the total order (depending of its content): this will depend on the number of ordered items and the national tariffs of the Belgian postal services that are at that moment in force.
All articles that are out of stock at our supplier or importer will automatically be deduced from the order.

Article 6 – Payment

All payments will be treated using a secure encrypted procedure to prevent the interception of information provided by the buyer. It will be carried out via an electronic payment system such as PayPal or via a bank transfer.

Article 7 – Money back guarantee

The buyer has the right to return goods if they are intact, if the original packaging hasn’t been opened and if all items of the product and accessories are sent back. Reimbursing is also possible following the hypotheses stated in article 5.
In this case, the reimbursement will be done after we have received the goods. Payment will be done on the account number and invoicing address communicated by the buyer, within 30 days end of month.
All returns must be preceded by an e-mail to orders-return@razwar.com, within 7 days after having received the goods.
All disputes after this delay period will not be accepted.
The present right to return can only be accepted for goods in their original state (not opened, under blister) and which are complete (packaging, accessories, notices,…), in a good state, and with a copy of the invoice. Returned articles that are incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be taken back.
The buyer requesting a reimbursement must motivate his request and pay for the charges of returning the goods. The parcels must be sent back to Raz*War orders return c/o Growth Bridge SA – BP99 – 1300 WAVRE CENTRE – Belgium

Article 8 – Security

Our site is secured by SSL encryption in order to protect all data regarding payment as efficiently as possible.

Article 9 – Customer service

Article 10 – Intellectual property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images on Razwar.com are protected by author’s rights and European intellectual property law. In accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property law, only private use is authorized, which is subject to different provisions or stricter provisions in the intellectual property law. Total or partial reproduction of the site Razwar.com is strictly forbidden.
Anyone wanting to use our logo or brand to promote its on his blog, personal site or other, is invited to make a written request to HYPERLINK “mailto:social@razwar.com” social@razwar.com.

Article 11 – Responsibility

The offered products conform to Belgian law and norms. Growth Bridge SA is in no case responsible when the legislation of the country where the product is delivered is not respected (e.g. when a product is forbidden…). It is the customer’s responsibility to check the possibilities regarding the import and use of a product he wants to order with his local authorities.
Photos are illustrative. We invite you to read the description of each product to know its precise attributes. When you have hesitations or wish to receive additional information, we kindly request you to contact us.
Growth Bridge SA is not responsible for the content of the pages it edits. When there is a manifest difference between the attributes of the product and its presentation and/or sales conditions, Growth Bridge SA will not be held responsible.

In case of professional purchases, Growth Bridge SA has no responsibility for indirect damage, losses or costs that could be the result of the purchase. Total or partial impossibility to use the products, in particular because of compatibility issues, will not lead to compensation, reimbursement or responsibility by Growth Bridge SA.
Growth Bridge SA does not target the professional market. Growth Bridge SA will not be responsible in case of harm resulting any professional activity.
Growth Bridge SA is not responsible for the services provided by third parties with which it works (PayPal and Shopify).

Article 12 – Guarantee

We commit ourselves to reimburse or exchange apparently defective goods or goods that do not correspond to your order, in accordance with article 7 “Money back guarantee”, which specifies the details and procedures of reimbursement.
In all cases, you benefit from the legal guarantees regarding the conformity of the goods with the contract and latent defects, in conformity with the specified legal provisions. The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the retraction rights in article 7.

Article 13 – Applicable law – Disputes

The present contract is subject to Belgian law. The language of the present contract is French, Dutch or English. In case of disputes with professionals and/or traders, the court of Nivelles (Belgium) is competent. In case of disputes, only the Belgian court is competent.

Article 14 – Personal information

Information and data concerning your identity are necessary for managing your order and for our commercial relation. They may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations, such as companies that execute services and orders, for their management, execution, treatment and payment. This information is stored for security reasons in order to comply with legal obligations and rules and in order to allow us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the information we provide.

Conform to the law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy when treating personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete personal details. Conditions générales

Il est préalablement précisé que les présentes conditions régissent exclusivement les ventes de produits proposés dans les rubriques de Razwar.com. Ces produits sont vendus neufs. Ces conditions s’appliquent à l’exclusion de toutes autres conditions, notamment celles en vigueur dans les magasins.

Razwar.com est un service de la société Growth Bridge SA.

Article 1 – Prix

1.1 – Les prix de nos produits sont indiqués en euros, taxes comprises, hors frais de traitement et d’expédition (sauf où stipulé).
1.2 – Razwar.com se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment mais les produits seront facturés sur la base des tarifs en vigueur au moment de l’enregistrement des commandes.
1.3 – Les produits demeurent la propriété de Growth Bridge SA jusqu’au complet encaissement du prix par Growth Bridge SA.
1.4 – Les produits et services vendus sur Razwar.com sont réservés aux particuliers.
1.5 – Les clients résidant à l’étranger (hors Europe) ne paieront pas de taxes mais peuvent se voir imposer des frais de douanes correspondant au taux de taxe sur la valeur ajoutée applicable dans leur pays de destination. Growth Bridge SA ne livre pas dans les pays hors Union Européenne.

Article 2 – Commande

Les informations contractuelles sont présentées en langue française, néerlandaise et anglaise. Growth Bridge SA se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de refuser toute commande d’un client avec lequel il existerait un litige relatif au paiement d’une commande antérieure.

Article 3 – Validation

Vous déclarez avoir pris connaissance et accepté les présentes conditions générales de vente avant la passation de votre commande. La validation de votre commande vaut donc acceptation de ces Conditions Générales de Vente.
Sauf preuve contraire, les données enregistrées sur Razwar.com constituent la preuve de l’ensemble des transactions passées sur Razwar.com et ses clients.

Article 4 – Disponibilité

Nos offres de produits et prix sont valables tant qu’elles sont visibles sur le site, dans la limite des stocks disponibles. Nos offres de produits sont proposées dans la limite des stocks disponibles. Pour les produits non stockés dans nos entrepôts, nos offres sont valables sous réserve de disponibilité chez nos fournisseurs.
Dans ce cadre, des indications sur la disponibilité des produits vous sont fournies au moment de la passation de votre commande. Des erreurs ou modifications peuvent exceptionnellement exister. Dans l’éventualité d’une indisponibilité de produit après passation de votre commande, nous vous en informerons par mail ou par courrier dès réception des informations reçues par les fournisseurs. Votre commande sera automatiquement annulée et vous serez immédiatement remboursés si votre compte bancaire a été débité.

Article 5 – Expédition / Livraison

5.1 – Généralités

Les produits achetés sur Razwar.com sont livrés dans un premier temps uniquement dans l’Union Européenne.
Les délais indiqués lors de la commande sont des délais moyens habituels et correspondent aux délais de traitement d’expédition auxquels s’ajoute le délai d’acheminement. Les produits sont livrés à l’adresse de livraison que vous avez indiqué au cours du processus de commande. Lorsque vous commandez plusieurs produits en même temps et que ceux-ci ont des délais d’expédition différents, le délai d’expédition de commande est basé sur le délai le plus long.
Razwar.com se réserve toutefois la possibilité de fractionner les expéditions particulièrement dans le cadre des abonnements Raz*War. La participation aux frais de traitement et d’expédition ne sera facturée que pour un seul envoi (sauf pour les abonnements).
Razwar.com ne pourra être tenu pour responsable des conséquences dues à un retard d’acheminement.
En cas de retard de livraison (maximum 30 jours), le produit ayant été expédié, vous pouvez également annuler votre commande et demander le remboursement du produit ainsi que les frais de retour.
Dans ce cas, si vous avez reçu le produit après votre annulation, nous procéderons au remboursement du produit, à réception de celui-ci, complet et dans son état d’origine, par nos soins.
Nous vous invitons également à consulter régulièrement votre suivi de commande et à appeler le service clientèle au +32 496 177081 ou à nous joindre par email à orders@razwar.com pour toute question ou en cas de problème.
Toute commande non expédiée dans les 30 jours suivant la commande sur Razwar.com sera annulée sauf stipulation contraire et annoncée dans l’offre de vente.

5.2 – Problèmes de livraison

Vous devez notifier à Razwar.com toutes réserves sur le produit livré (par exemple : colis endommagé, déjà ouvert, pièces manquantes…) dans les 3 jours suivant la réception du produit. Puis, en fonction des cas définis à l’article 12 ci-dessous, vous pouvez bénéficier des conditions d’échange ou de remboursement prévues à cet article.

5.3 – Détails de livraison

Les commandes sont traitées du lundi au vendredi hors jours fériés.
Les produits sont envoyés par la poste depuis la Belgique.
Dans tous les cas, les délais maximum varient de 2 jours à 2 semaines à dater de la réception du paiement et selon la ville ou le pays de destination.
Razwar.com ainsi que la SPRL Growth Bridge ne pourront en aucun cas être tenu responsable des conséquences dues à un retard d’acheminement imputable à la poste ou à l’un de ses livreurs.
Une participation aux frais d’envoi (emballage et port) peut être ajoutée en supplément au total de la commande (en fonction du contenu de celle-ci), elle dépendra du nombre d’articles commandés et des tarifs nationaux en vigueur à ce moment dans les services postaux belges.
Tout article en rupture de stock chez notre fournisseur ou importateur sera automatiquement déduit de la commande.

Article 6 – Paiement

Tout paiement sera traité par une procédure sécurisée de cryptage des données afin qu’aucune information transmise par l’acheteur ne soit interceptée par des tiers. Il s’effectuera soit par un système de paiement électronique de type “Paypal” ou autre, soit par virement bancaire. Pour tout renseignement complémentaire, adressez-vous à Growth Bridge SA en utilisant l’adresse email: payment@razwar.com.

Article 7 – Satisfait ou remboursé

L’acheteur a la possibilité de retourner les produits à la condition que ceux-ci soient intacts, non ouverts dans leur emballage d’origine et comportent l’ensemble du produit et de ses accessoires. Le remboursement peut aussi être effectué pour cause des hypothèses visées à l’article 5.
Dans ce cas, le remboursement des articles se fera après réception des produits par nos soins, sur le compte bancaire communiqué par l’acheteur et à l’adresse de facturation de celui-ci dans un délai maximum de 30 jours fin de mois.
Tout retour devra se faire par une notification préalable par e-mail à orders-return@razwar.com dans un délai de 7 jours à dater de la réception des produits. Toute réclamation formulée hors de ce délai ne pourra être acceptée.
Le présent droit de retour ne pourra être accepté que pour les produits dans leur état d’origine (non ouvert, sous blister) et complets (emballage, accessoires, notice…), en bon état et accompagnés d’une copie de la facture d’achat. Les articles retournés incomplets, abîmés, endommagés ou salis par le Client ne sont pas repris.
L’acheteur devra donner une raison valable et supporter les frais de réexpédition des produits. Les colis devront être renvoyés à l’adresse suivante: Growth Bridge SA – BP99 – 1300 WAVRE CENTRE – Belgium.

Article 8 – Sécurisation

Notre site fait l’objet d’un système de sécurisation: nous avons adopté le procédé de cryptage SSL pour protéger le plus efficacement possible toutes les données sensibles liées aux moyens de paiement.

Article 9 – Service clientèle

Article 10 – Propriété intellectuelle

Tous les textes, commentaires, ouvrages, illustrations et images reproduits sur Razwar.com sont réservés au titre du droit d’auteur ainsi qu’au titre de la propriété intellectuelle au niveau européen. À ce titre et conformément aux dispositions du code de la propriété intellectuelle, seule est autorisée l’utilisation pour un usage privé, sous réserve de dispositions différentes, voire plus restrictives du code de la propriété intellectuelle. Toute reproduction totale ou partielle du site Razwar.com est strictement interdite.

Article 11 – Responsabilité

Les produits proposés sont conformes à la législation belge en vigueur et aux normes applicables en Belgique. La responsabilité de Growth Bridge SA ne saurait être engagée en cas de non-respect de la législation du pays où le produit est livré (par exemple en cas d’interdiction d’un produit…). Il vous appartient de vérifier auprès des autorités locales les possibilités d’importation ou d’utilisation des produits ou services que vous envisagez de commander.
Les photos sont communiquées à titre illustratif. Nous vous invitons à vous reporter au descriptif de chaque produit pour en connaître les caractéristiques précises; et en cas de doute ou si vous souhaitez des renseignements complémentaires n’hésitez pas à nous contacter.
Growth Bridge SA n’est responsable que du contenu des pages qu’elle édite.
En cas d’erreur manifeste entre les caractéristiques du produit et sa représentation et/ou les conditions de la vente, Growth Bridge SA ne saurait voir sa responsabilité engagée.

En cas d’achats à titre professionnel, Growth Bridge SA n’encourra aucune responsabilité pour tous dommages indirects du fait des présentes, perte d’exploitation, perte de profit, perte de chance, dommages ou frais, qui pourraient survenir du fait de l’achat des produits. L’impossibilité totale ou partielle d’utiliser les produits, notamment pour cause d’incompatibilité de matériel, ne peut donner lieu à aucun dédommagement ou remboursement ou mise en cause de la responsabilité de Growth Bridge SA.
Growth Bridge SA n’a pas vocation de vendre à des professionnels. Growth Bridge SA ne pourra voir en conséquence sa responsabilité engagée pour tout préjudice quel qu’il soit résultant d’une activité professionnelle.

Article 12 – Garantie

Nous nous engageons, à votre choix, à vous rembourser ou à vous échanger les produits apparemment défectueux ou ne correspondant pas à votre commande selon les hypothèses stipulées dans l’« article 7 satisfait ou remboursé », les détails et procédures de remboursement y sont précisés.
En tout état de cause, vous bénéficiez des garanties légales de conformité du bien au contrat et des vices cachés et ce conformément aux dispositions légales précisées. Les dispositions de cet article ne vous empêchent pas de bénéficier du droit de rétractation prévu à l’article 7.

Article 13 – Droit applicable – Litiges

Le présent contrat est soumis à la loi belge. La langue du présent contrat est la langue française, néerlandaise ou anglaise. En cas de litige avec des professionnels et/ou commerçants, les tribunaux de Nivelles (Belgique) seront compétents. En cas de litige, les tribunaux belges seront seuls compétents.

Article 14 – Informations nominatives

Les informations et données vous concernant sont nécessaires à la gestion de votre commande et à nos relations commerciales. Elles peuvent être transmises aux sociétés qui contribuent à ces relations telles que celles chargées de l’exécution des services et commandes pour leur gestion, exécution, traitement et paiement. Ces informations et données sont également conservées à des fins de sécurité, afin de respecter les obligations légales et réglementaires et ainsi que pour nous permettre d’améliorer et de personnaliser les services que nous vous proposons et les informations que nous vous adressons.
Conformément à la loi informatique et libertés, vous disposez d’un droit d’accès et de rectification aux données personnelles vous concernant. Il vous suffit de nous écrire en ligne à privacy@razwar.com ou par courrier, en nous indiquant vos noms, prénoms, e-mail adresse et si possible votre référence client.

En fonction de vos choix émis lors de la création ou consultation de votre compte, vous serez susceptibles de recevoir des offres de notre société, ainsi que de sociétés comme indiqué lors de la création de votre compte. Si vous ne le souhaitez plus, vous pouvez à tout moment nous en faire la demande.

Notre site est également conçu pour être particulièrement attentif aux besoins de nos clients. C’est entre autres pour cela que nous faisons usage de cookies. Algemene voorwaarden

Onderstaande algemene voorwaarden zijn exclusief van toepassing voor de verkoop van producten voorgesteld in de rubrieken van Razwar.com. Deze producten worden nieuw verkocht. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing met uitsluiting van alle andere voorwaarden, in het bijzonder deze die van kracht zijn in onze winkels.

Razwar.com is een dienst van de onderneming Growth Bridge NV.

Artikel 1 – Prijzen

1.1. De prijzen van onze producten worden weergegeven in euro, inclusief taksen, exclusief verwerking- en verzendkosten (tenzij anders aangegeven).
1.2. Razwar.com heeft op elk moment het recht zijn prijzen aan te passen. De producten worden echter wel gefactureerd op basis van de tarieven die van toepassing waren op het moment dat de bestellingen geregistreerd werden.
1.3. De producten blijven eigendom van Growth Bridge NV tot het moment van volledige inning door Growth Bridge NV.
1.4. De producten en diensten die op Razwar.com worden verkocht zijn bestemd voor particulieren.
1.5. Klanten in het buitenland (buiten Europa) betalen geen taksen maar moeten mogelijk wel douanekosten dragen die overeenkomen met het belastingtarief op de toegevoegde waarde dat van kracht is in het land van bestemming. Growth Bridge NV levert niet buiten de Europese Unie.

Artikel 2 – Bestelling

Contractuele informatie wordt weergegeven in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels. Growth Bridge NV heeft het recht elke bestelling van een klant met wie een geschil bestaat aangaande de betaling van een vroegere bestelling te annuleren of te weigeren.

Artikel 3 – Valideren

U verklaart deze algemene verkoopwaarden te hebben gelezen en ermee akkoord te gaan vooraleer u een bestelling plaatst. Het valideren van uw bestelling veronderstelt dus dat u deze algemene verkoopvoorwaarden accepteert.
Zonder bewijs van het tegendeel, vormen de gegevens die op Razwar.com werden geregistreerd het bewijs van de transacties op Razwar.com en zijn klanten.

Artikel 4 – Beschikbaarheid

Onze productaanbiedingen en prijzen zijn geldig zolang ze op de site zichtbaar zijn, en in functie van de beschikbare stock. Onze producten zijn beschikbaar zolang de voorraad strekt. Producten die niet in onze magazijnen worden gestockeerd, zijn beschikbaar op voorwaarde dat ze ook beschikbaar zijn bij onze leveranciers.
Daarom wordt informatie rond de beschikbaarheid van de producten gegeven op het moment dat u uw bestelling plaatst. Fouten of aanpassingen kunnen uitzonderlijk gebeuren. Mocht een artikel onbeschikbaar zijn nadat u uw bestelling hebt geplaatst, wordt u hiervan via e-mail of post verwittigd van zodra wij deze informatie van onze leveranciers hebben ontvangen. Uw bestelling wordt automatisch geannuleerd en u wordt onmiddellijk terugbetaald als uw rekening reeds gedebiteerd werd.

Artikel 5 – Verzending / Levering

5.1 – Algemeen

De producten die op Razwar.com worden gekocht worden in eerste instantie enkel binnen de Europese Unie geleverd.
De aangegeven levertermijnen bij bestelling zijn gewoonlijke gemiddelde termijnen en komen overeen met de tijd die nodig is om de bestelling te verwerken en te versturen. De producten worden geleverd op het leveradres dat u bij bestelling hebt opgegeven. Wanneer het adres op uw bestelling niet correct is, is Growth Bridge NV niet verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van uw bestelling.
Wanneer u tegelijkertijd verschillende producten met verschillende levertijden bestelt, is de verzenddatum van uw bestelling gebaseerd op de langste leveringstermijn.
Razwar.com heeft evenwel het recht de verzendingen op te splitsen in het kader van Raz*War abonnementen. Deelname aan verwerking en verzendkosten wordt slechts voor één enkele zending gefactureerd (behalve voor abonnementen).
Razwar.com is niet verantwoordelijk voor de gevolgen van een latere levering.
Bij een laattijdige levering waarbij het product reeds werd verstuurd (max. 30 dag), kunt u uw bestelling annuleren en de terugbetaling van het product en de kosten voor het terugsturen vragen. Als u het product na het annuleren van uw bestelling hebt ontvangen, zullen wij het product terugbetalen als wij het in zijn originele en volledige staat ontvangen hebben.
Wij nodigen u ook uit uw bestelling regelmatig te volgen en onze klantendienst te bellen op het nummer +32 496 177081 of een e-mail te sturen naar HYPERLINK “mailto:orders@razwar.com” orders@razwar.com in het geval van vragen of problemen.
Elke bestelling die niet binnen de 30 dagen na bestelling op Razwar.com werd geleverd, zal geannuleerd worden, tenzij anders aangegeven en vermeld in de verkoopaanbieding.

5.2 – Problemen bij levering

U moet Razwar.com op de hoogte brengen van alle reserves aangaande het geleverd product (bijvoorbeeld: beschadigd pakje, pakje dat al open was, ontbrekende stukken,…). Dit moet u binnen de 3 dagen na ontvangst van het product doen. In functie van de gevallen zoals deze gedefinieerd zijn in artikel 12, kunt u genieten van de ruilvoorwaarden of terugbetalingsvoorwaarden die voor dit artikel zijn voorzien.

5.3 – Details levering

Bestellingen worden van maandag tot vrijdag, met uitzondering van feestdagen, verwerkt.
De producten worden vanuit België met de post verstuurd.
In alle gevallen varieert de maximale levertijd van 2 dagen tot 2 weken, te beginnen bij de ontvangst van de betaling, en afhankelijk van de stad of het land van bestemming.
Razwar.com en Growth Bridge NV zijn in geen geval verantwoordelijk voor de gevolgen van een latere levering die aan de post of een van zijn leveranciers kan worden toegeschreven.
Een deelname in de verzendkosten (verpakking en portkosten) kan aan het totaal van de bestelling worden toegevoegd (in functie van de inhoud van de bestelling). Dit hangt af van het aantal bestelde producten en de nationale tarieven van de Belgische postdiensten die op dat moment van kracht zijn.
Elk artikel dat niet bij onze leverancier of invoerder in stock is, zal automatisch van de bestelling geschrapt worden.

Artikel 6 – Betaling

Elke betaling zal via een beveiligde gecodeerde procedure verlopen zodat derden de informatie die door de koper wordt verstrekt, niet kunnen ondervangen. Er wordt ofwel met een elektronisch betalingsysteem zoals PayPal ofwel met een bankoverschrijving gewerkt. Voor alle bijkomende informatie kunt u terecht bij Growth Bridge NV, via het e-mailadres HYPERLINK “mailto:payment@razwar.com” payment@razwar.com. Vermeld uw persoonlijke gegevens en een telefoonnummer waarop wij u tijdens de werkuren kunnen bereiken.

Artikel 7 – Tevreden of terugbetaald

De koper heeft de mogelijkheid de producten terug te sturen, op voorwaarde dat deze intact zijn, in hun ongeopende, originele verpakking zitten en het volledige product en alle accessoires bevatten. De terugbetaling kan ook uitgevoerd worden tengevolge van de hypotheses die in artikel 5 zijn opgenomen.
In dit geval worden de artikels door ons terugbetaald na ontvangst, op het rekeningnummer en factureringsadres dat de koper heeft opgegeven. De termijn bedraagt maximaal 30 dagen einde maand.
Elke retour moet vooraf gemeld worden door een e-mail te sturen naar HYPERLINK “mailto:orders-return@razwar.com” orders-return@razwar.com, binnen de 7 dagen nadat de producten ontvangen werden. Elke klacht buiten deze termijn zal niet aanvaard worden.
Het huidige retourrecht is enkel geldig voor producten in originele staat (niet geopend, onder blister) en producten die compleet zijn (verpakking, accessoires, aanwijzingen,…), die in goede staat verkeren en vergezeld zijn van een kopie van de aankoopfactuur. Artikels die incompleet, beschadigd of vuil zijn, zullen niet teruggenomen worden.
De koper moet een geldige reden opgeven en de kosten voor het terugsturen zelf dragen. De pakjes moeten naar het volgende adres teruggestuurd worden: Growth Bridge NV – BP99 – 1300 WAVRE CENTRE – Belgium.

Artikel 8 – Beveiliging

Onze site heeft een beveiliging: wij werken met het SSL-coderingsprocédé om alle informatie aangaande de betalingsmogelijkheden zo efficiënt mogelijk te beschermen.

Artikel 9 – Klantendienst

Artikel 10 – Intellectuele eigendom

Alle teksten, commentaren, werken, illustraties en beelden op Razwar.com zijn beschermd door het auteursrecht en het intellectuele eigendom volgens de Europese regelgeving. Conform de richtlijnen van de wetgeving inzake intellectueel eigendom is enkel privé gebruik toegestaan, onder voorwaarde van verschillende richtlijnen of als rekening gehouden wordt met de beperkingen voorzien in de wet over intellectueel eigendom. Elke totale of gedeeltelijke reproductie van de site Razwar.com is strikt verboden.
Als u ons logo of merk op uw blog, persoonlijke site of andere wil gebruiken voor promotionele doeleinden, gelieve een geschreven aanvraag te doen naar HYPERLINK “mailto:social@razwar.com” social@razwar.com.

Artikel 11 – Verantwoordelijkheid

De producten die worden aangeboden beantwoorden aan de Belgische wetgeving en zijn conform met de normen die in België van toepassing zijn. Growth Bridge NV is niet verantwoordelijk als de wetgeving in het land waar het product wordt geleverd niet wordt gerespecteerd (bijvoorbeeld als een product verboden is…). Het is uw taak de invoer- of gebruiksmogelijkheden van producten of diensten die u wenst te bestellen bij uw lokale overheid na te vragen.
De foto’s zijn illustratief. Wij nodigen u uit de omschrijving van elk product te lezen om de precieze kenmerken te kennen. In het geval van twijfel of als u extra informatie wilt, aarzel dan zeker niet ons te contacteren.
Growth Bridge NV is niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud van de pagina’s op de site. Bij een duidelijk verschil tussen de kenmerken van het product en de voorstelling en/of verkoopvoorwaarden is Growth Bridge NV in geen enkel geval verantwoordelijk.

Bij aankopen voor professioneel gebruik is Growth Bridge NV in geen enkel geval verantwoordelijk voor alle indirecte schade, verlies, winstvermindering, schades of kosten die het gevolg zouden zijn van de aankoop van producten. De gehele of gedeeltelijke onmogelijkheid producten te kunnen gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld in het geval producten incompatibel zijn, kan niet tot een schadevergoeding, terugbetaling of in het geding roepen van verantwoordelijkheid van Growth Bridge NV leiden.
Growth Bridge NV richt zich niet specifiek tot de professionele markt. Growth Bridge NV gaat bijgevolg geen verantwoordelijkheid aan voor schade die het resultaat zou zijn van een professionele activiteit.
Growth Bridge NV is niet verantwoordelijk voor diensten die geleverd worden door de derde partijen waarmee hij werkt (PayPal en Shopify).

Artikel 12 – Garantie

Desgewenst verbinden wij ons tot het terugbetalen of ruilen van producten die schade opliepen of niet met uw bestelling overeenkomen, volgens de voorwaarden die omschreven zijn in artikel 7, “Tevreden of terugbetaald”, waar de details en terugbetalingprocedures worden omschreven.
U geniet in elk geval van de legale garanties inzake conformiteit met het contract en verborgen gebreken. De bepalingen van dit artikel willen niet zeggen dat u niet kunt genieten van het herroepingsrecht voorzien in artikel 7.

Artikel 13 – Toepasbaar recht – Klachten

Het huidige contract is onderworpen aan de Belgische wetgeving. Het contract is beschikbaar in Frans, Nederlands of Engels. In het geval van rechtsgeschillen met professionelen en/of handelaars is de rechtbank van Nijvel (België) bevoegd. Enkel de Belgische rechtbanken zijn bevoegd in geval van rechtsgeschillen.

Artikel 14 – Informatie op naam

De informatie en gegevens aangaande uw identiteit zijn nodig voor het verwerken van uw bestelling en in het kader van onze commerciële relatie. Ze kunnen aan bedrijven die meewerken aan deze relatie doorgegeven worden, zoals bedrijven voor de uitvoering van diensten en bestellingen, het verwerken van de bestelling of de betaling. Deze informatie wordt ook bewaard om veiligheidsredenen, teneinde de legale en reglementaire verplichtingen te respecteren en ons toe te staan onze diensten en de informatie die wij u verstrekken, te verbeteren en te personaliseren.
Conform de wet van 8 december 1992 aangaande de bescherming van het privéleven bij het verwerken van gegevens, hebt u het recht uw persoonlijke gegevens in te zien, te verbeteren of te verwijderen. Het volstaat een mail te sturen naar HYPERLINK “mailto:privacy@razwar.com” privacy@razwar.com of een brief te sturen, waarbij u uw naam, voornamen, e-mailadres en indien mogelijk uw klantenreferentie vermeldt.

In functie van de keuzes die u maakte bij het creëren of beheren van uw rekening, zal u aanbiedingen van ons bedrijf, of bedrijven aangeduid bij het creëren van uw rekening, ontvangen. Als u dit niet meer wenst, kunt u dat op elk moment aan ons vragen.
