Which subscription plan should I choose? [back to top]
Step 1:
What is your handle? El Ché or El Fidel is the first question. Then you have to establish approximately how many blades you use per month or per week: two blades per month, per week or one blade per week?
Step 2:
After you decide how many blades you use, you can choose your subscription plan.
Raz*War proposes 3 types of subscription for El Ché:
- 30 blades per year if you use approximately 2 blades per month
- 60 blades per year if you use approximately 4 blades per month
- 90 blades per year if you use approximately 2 blades per week
Raz*War proposes 3 types of subscription for El Fidel:
- 24 blades per year if you use approximately 2 blades per month
- 48 blades per year if you use approximately 1 blade per week

When will I receive my blades boxes when I registered to a subscription plan? [back to top]
It’s easy, Raz*War send the blades boxes three times a year (for all subscription plans!!!).
- If you have subscribed for a 30 blades plan you will receive 3 times 10 blades (3 times 2 dispensers of 5 triple blades).
- If you have subscribed for a 60 blades plan you will receive 3 times 20 blades (3 times 4 dispensers of 5 triple blades).
- If you have subscribed for a 90 blades plan you will receive 3 times 30 blades. (3 times 6 dispensers of 5 triple blades).
For example:
- If you ordered on July, you will receive your handle, your travel bag and the first blades on July. The next pack will arrive 3 months after on november and the next one also three months later on March.
- If you ordered on January, you will receive your handle, your travel bag and the first blades on January. The next pack will arrive 3 months after on may and the next one also three months later on September.

Products bought on Razwar.com are delivered in the EU countries.
The delivery time is based on the postal service of all the countries.
Raz*War does not ship through an express mail company such as Fedex or UPS.
The delivery time may vary depending on the type of payment you used while ordering on razwar.com
If you selected paypal as a payment solution your products will be prepared for shipping the same day (if the order is placed before 1 pm and on weekdays only)
If you selected bank transfer as a payment solution your order will be shipped as soon as we have seen your payment appear on our bank account.
Based on our experience you may consider a 2 calendar days to 7 calendar days as an average delivery time.
Where are the blades produced? [back to top]
Our blades are produced in the USA by an American company which is in the blade business since 125 years.
But don’t worry they are not shipped from the USA. The company has some subsidiaries in Europe and we deal with them.
The quality of our triple blades is not exactly the same as the 2 big players in the world but very close.
They meet the highest international standards for safety and quality and best of all they are at a FAIR PRICE.

This is a very interesting questions and the answer is very simple: maybe you are giving your razor a hard time :-)
Our razor handle is very simple and functional; it does not take the benefits of the latest technologies; the heads system is made of 2 little pieces of plastic. Like other small products if we do some “strange” movements or we abuse of them they break or fall :-)
So… don’t be too harsh with your razor …
