A few days ago, I wrote a personal email to our "one time" customers in which I proposed them to try our new razor model for free. Only the shipping costs were charged. I stated clearly in my email that we would ship only one kit per shipping address and that there was only a few kits available.

Unfortunately, the word got out of our customers community and a lot of people started ordering the kits in big quantities.
We said no to that.

It is not because we are nice with our customers that we have to become the victims of a few people who are ordering more than they need. Some people ordered up to 10 razors for one person; this is too much. 
It is not doing any good to our existing customers who trusted us in the past (because it means less opportunity to try the limited stock of kits) nor to us.

So, as the co-founder of Raz*War, I have decided to cancel all orders which would contain more than 1 free Black Edition Discovery Kit.
I prefer to focus on the ones who want to be on board with Raz*War - the true believers - than to spend too much time and efforts on people who do not care about us and our project and who just want to get things for free without having the intention to come back to us.

We are a small engaged company and we want to build a strong community.
We are open for critics but we also have the right to take decisions regarding our business.
